We Are Squarespace Specialists

THE PLATFORM YOU CHOOSE MATTERS

BE CAREFUL, IT’S A JUNGLE OUT THERE!

When we create websites ~ we exclusively use Squarespace. We have made this a concrete aspect of our business since 2012.

Experience counts.

We have used every other platform out there to create sites; Wix, Weebly, Wordpress... plus copious amounts of line-by-line coding in Dreamweaver.

From first-hand experience we can tell you that Squarespace is hands-down the platform to build your Website on. If you wish to go another direction we simply will decline to do your website.

But, you still want us to build your website?

Yes, we for sure could create, develop and launch your website on any other platform. But we won't. We'd rather lose your business, than make a dollar and know in the end you'd be unhappy.

The PROs to using Squarespace to make your website:

1) You Are NOT Held Hostage

Once your website is launched it is NOT finished. It's just the beginning. If you want to make updates to your website you should be able to do it WITHOUT us.

We always offer the option after the website launches to have us teach you (or any assistants) within one hour how to make minor updates to your website. That includes adding text, switching out images, creating a blog post, among other things.

We loathe other website designers who practice "hostage taking"; the charging of fees to make minimal updates to your site.

One of the great things about Squarespace is how user-friendly the backend is! It is notably easy for you to maintain and update your website on your own, long after the website has successfully launched.

2) Beautiful Design That Performs

Squarespace templates are beautifully and thoughtfully designed to incorporate cutting edge UI/UX best practices, which means your websites will have the best of the best in “form and function” baked right in.

3) Peace of Mind

Squarespace is a self-contained platform that works seamlessly and is fully managed from top to bottom. This means there’s never any need to update software, plugins, or widgets; patch security vulnerabilities; or worry that changing one component might break something else. It also means there’s rarely any need to investigate or pay for third-party apps or plugins since most functionality is native to Squarespace.

4) Responsive Design

Mobile traffic accounts for more than half of all website traffic. With that in mind, it’s critical that your website perform across any device and any screen size. Every Squarespace template includes a unique mobile experience that matches the overall style of the website, so content will look great on every device, every time.

5) Built-In Search Engine Optimization

Every Squarespace website is equipped with all the elements needed for a strong SEO strategy. Site descriptions, page titles, custom URLs, search friendly formatting, and other key elements are all easily managed. Furthermore, there is an automatically generated built-in sitemap that helps Google to crawl, understand, and ultimately, rank a website.

6) E-Commerce is Built-In

A great feature that Squarespace provides is the ability to sell products on your site - with no extra cost to you. Most platforms will charge you money before letting you make money, but that’s simply not the case with Squarespace. Wanna throw a product out into the world and see if it sticks? Just make sure you have solid visuals and a good product description, and you’re on your way to making money for your business!

7) Scalability

Squarespace gives you unlimited bandwidth and storage, even on their most basic plan. What that means is as you create more and more content or increase your readership, you don’t have to upgrade plans to keep up with your growth. It's nice to know there is no ceiling... the sky's the limit!

8) Squarespace is Here to Stay

Squarespace launched in 2003 and has grown steadily since, gaining over a million customers. It is a well-funded and well-regarded company. In fact, in 2017 they have reported revenues at about $300 million dollars and have a $1.7 billion dollar valuation. Your don't have to worry that Squarespace might be a flash in the pan... they are here to stay.
